Vicki aims to help all creative people maintain a fulfilling, creative career that lasts, whether employed, self-employed, or a combination of both.
Vicki has been working as a graphic designer for over 30 years. For the last 22 years, she has been running her design practice.
After growing up in a religious household built on fear and shame, Vicki dived into her creative passions at an early age and credits this ability to do so in helping her survive her early upbringing.
Exploring this background, Vicki retrained as a coach, working with creative people in business to overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

this can be a one-off (45 minutes), it is usually the start of an ongoing relationship for 6+ sessions. Redeemable off the first full-priced session.

1-hour sessions, which are fortnightly or more frequently. Great for accountability, gentle nudging, and ensuring you hit your micro goal.

The Creative Introvert
I always wanted to be a graphic designer. From the age of 14, I entered design competitions and did work experience in local design and advertising studios.
I've always managed to get a job in design since leaving college. I have spent years building up a network of clients and suppliers.
As an introverted creative, this hasn't been easy. I have learned a lot, and now I am ready to help other creatives with their businesses.
I have also had to overcome those demons from working for others; the doubt, the panic, the feeling that you are not good enough because you are quieter.
